Sr Accounts Specialist

Vantor is currently seeking an Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist to join a small team based in our Westminster, CO office. The role will process a high volume of invoices under moderate supervision and report to the Accounts Payable Manager.

To be eligible for this position, you must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee, and meet the export control requirements outlined in 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

• Process incoming invoices for multiple entities ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies.
• Work closely with the Procurement Team to resolve purchase order discrepancies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Generate payment cycles, mindful of cash forecasts, and coordinate with Treasury.
• Manage a customer support mailbox, assisting colleagues and customers with payment‑related questions.
• Perform vendor reconciliations as needed to maintain accurate payable records.
• Prepare audit requests and other projects to support the accounting team.

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, including knowledge of basic accounting/accounts payable.
• Detail oriented with the ability to process transactions with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including previous exposure to senior management.
• Self‑motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
• Exemplary customer service skills.
• Understanding of international bill processing and payment.
• Knowledge of sales/use tax.

• Base pay for this position within Colorado is $20.63 - $27.50 - $30.25 hourly.
• For all other states, geographic cost of labor is used to determine market‑driven ranges.
