Our client is rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced, proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to tackle an influx of volume and systematically reduce the AP backlog. This role goes beyond simple data entry—you will actively manage vendor relationships, audit complex accounts, and ensure high-volume processing runs seamlessly. • High-Volume Processing:
  Accurately audit and process 150–200 invoices weekly utilizing 3-way matching.
• Inbox & Queue Management:
  Own and monitor the dedicated AP email queue, ensuring prompt triaging and response times.
• Vendor Relations:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, resolving complex billing discrepancies, statement reconciliations, and payment inquiries.
• Compliance & Support:
  Assist with annual 1099 filing preparation and maintain precise digital audit trails.

• Experience:
  
  3+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a fast‑paced or corporate environment.
• Scale:
  Proven capability handling high volumes within a mid‑to‑large‑scale organization.
• Technical Savvy:
  Hands‑on ERP experience and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Core Competencies:

• Target Compensation: $65K – $70K
