Tax Resolution Firm in Westminster, Colorado looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Tax Resolution Para / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for someone with industry experience in tax resolution or tax preparation. experience preferred but not required.
Phoenix Financial Group assists businesses nationwide resolve their back tax issues. You will be communicating with both the IRS and our clients.
The position requires communicating with the IRS and clients to resolve back tax debt. Duties include assistance in the preparation of financial statements, setting appointments, scanning, maintaining deadlines, speaking with the IRS and clients, drafting letters and other correspondence, learning some basic tax law used to protect clients from IRS enforcement... Must be comfortable working on the phone. Organizational and writing skills needed.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus!
