Our client is a growing retail organization that is continuing to expand its operations and is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad accounting role, wants visibility across the business, and is interested in growing into a leadership position.

💰 Salary: $90K–$100K

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Perform budget-to-actual analysis and investigate variances
• Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Handle intercompany accounting and fixed asset activity
• Prepare and file sales tax across multiple states and jurisdictions
• Review the work of Staff Accounting and AP team members and serve as a resource to the broader accounting team
• Assist with special projects and identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes

What We're Looking For:

• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Solid understanding of debits, credits, and financial reporting
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-focused environment
• Leadership potential and a desire to continue growing professionally
