Senior Accountant

Salary: $90-$115K + Bonus

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing, collaborative organization in the North Denver metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys broad, hands-on accounting work and wants to make an impact within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Opportunity to improve processes and help strengthen the accounting function as the company grows

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, allocations, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation

• Maintain revenue recognition schedules and record entries in accordance with ASC 606

• Support lease accounting under ASC 842, including right-of-use assets and lease liabilities

• Assist with payroll accruals and labor allocations

• Provide oversight and support across accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Prepare schedules and documentation for the annual audit

• Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and other accounting initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Strong full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end close and financial statement preparation

• Experience with ASC 606 and ASC 842, including an understanding of the related journal entries

• Experience working in a smaller, growing organization strongly preferred

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Self-directed professional who takes ownership and identifies solutions

• Experience supporting external audits and improving accounting processes

• CPA or public accounting experience is a plus but not required
