Addison Group is partnering with our client, an established and fast-paced organization with a strong internal service culture, to hire a Travel Coordinator. This team is focused on delivering high-touch support to employees nationwide and is seeking someone who is responsive, organized, and service-driven. Job DescriptionThe Travel Coordinator serves as the main point of contact for all employee travel arrangements. This individual will manage incoming travel requests, coordinate bookings, handle changes or cancellations, and ensure compliance with internal travel guidelines. The role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage urgent requests with professionalism.
This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional onsite needs in Westminster, CO depending on business demands. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating Saturday coverage (while maintaining a 40-hour workweek).
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for travel-related inquiries via phone and email during assigned shifts
- Coordinate and process new travel reservations, itinerary updates, and cancellations
- Prioritize urgent travel needs, including same-day bookings and last-minute changes
- Confirm all required travel details before finalizing arrangements
- Accurately document and track all travel activity in internal systems in real time
- Manage administrative components of travel logistics, including baggage coordination and automation verifications
- Address travel disruptions such as missed flights and assist with rebooking in collaboration with leadership
- Support reporting procedures related to rental vehicle incidents and ensure proper internal notifications
- Escalate complex issues appropriately when outside of scope
- Provide thorough shift transitions by resolving open items and delivering detailed handoff summaries
- Previous experience in travel coordination
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to handle time-sensitive requests with urgency and professionalism
- Ability to follow structured policies and procedures consistently
- Willingness to participate in rotating Saturday coverage
- Fully remote role (occasional onsite needs at Westminster, CO office)
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays required (40-hour workweek maintained)
