AboutThe Role
The customer service associate will support mental health providers by managing front‑desk operations, assisting clients, and handling administrative requests.
Primary Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Managing the front desk and helping clients prepare for their visits
- Scheduling client appointments
- Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests
- Verifying client insurance benefits
