Position SummaryThe Travel Program Administrator will oversee the LMS travel program, develop policies and procedures, support travel systems, and ensure compliance with Federal Travel Regulations and GSA requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing expense authorizations, creating training documents, educating travelers, and serving as the primary liaison with GSA.

Range: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour. Salary based on education, training, and experience.
Travel RequirementsMay be required to travel less than 5% of the time.
Responsibilities- Review expense authorizations for program compliance.
- Set up direct billed travel accounts for hotels and rentals, obtaining corporate discount programs.
- Liaise with GSA for policy clarification.
- Provide annual updates to location codes for upload to Costpoint.
- Prepare monthly travel reports for the client (contract deliverables).
- Oversee reconciliation of travel accounts.
- Complete weekly travel accounts payable invoices for direct billed accounts.
- Develop travel forms that comply with travel policy.
- Participate in weekly and monthly staff and contract-wide meetings.
- Assist in communication announcements to travelers.
- Develop and deliver training on travel policy and Costpoint use.
- Liaise with travel agencies and business travel accounts.
- Collaborate with RSI corporate for reporting needs from Costpoint Business Intelligence.
- De-escalate and assist in resolving travel issues.
- Comply with all safety policies, drills, and meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (experience may be considered).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Certification in Federal Travel Regulations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of federal travel regulations and company policy.
- Team player.
- Criminal background check.
- Pre-placement drug screening.
- Fit for duty test (if applicable).
Sedentary work: office tasks may include occasional lifting up to 10 lb.
