Clerical Support Representative

Location: Erie, PA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)

Pay: $16.00-$18.00/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Clerical Support Representative to join a growing operations team in Erie, PA. This position plays a critical role in processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily administrative functions.

• Sort and prepare incoming payments and documents for processing.
• Operate mail-opening and scanning equipment to process customer payments and correspondence.
• Perform data entry and ensure information is entered accurately and efficiently.
• Review, verify, and proofread documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Process customer requests, including address changes, payment plan updates, and other account-related correspondence.
• Receive, open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
• Maintain established production schedules and deadlines.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Erie, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
