Job Overview

Ford of Cheyenne, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician aligned with our core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork.

• Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid in‑state driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards.
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain “Fixed First Visit” expectations.
• Complete the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and video on every vehicle; notify Service Advisor for additional recommendations or additional time required.
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping.
• Complete required training as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles.
