Location:

Westminster, CO – 80021 (Onsite). Pay Range: $70-75 per hour.

As the Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in translating high-level product strategies into actionable development plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities. You will spearhead the management of the product backlog, focusing on prioritization and clear communication with engineering teams to facilitate efficient and effective product development cycles. Additionally, your efforts will contribute to stakeholder management and the alignment of project timelines, ultimately supporting the strategic roadmap’s evolution.

• Create and prioritize the product backlog, aligning development efforts with business objectives and market demands.
• Write detailed, testable user stories, ensuring clarity and actionability for the engineering team.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, addressing queries and removing obstacles to maintain project momentum.
• Evaluate completed tasks against predefined acceptance criteria to guarantee quality and completeness.
• Facilitate adaptation to market changes by effectively managing stakeholder expectations and prioritizing feature development.

• Strong leadership in grooming, planning, and review sessions.
• Proficiency in decomposing high-level ideas into actionable, granular user stories.
• Advanced competency in using prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE) and tools like Jira or Aha! for backlog management.

• Prior experience within the Agriculture or Construction domain is highly beneficial, with an understanding of the respective market cycles and workflows enhancing candidate fit.
