Eligibility Criteria for Olam Agri Graduate Trainee Programme- This opportunity is open to
- Graduates with a BSc. or
B.Eng. - Background in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, or Human Resources
- Anyone residing in or willing to reside in Lagos
- Must be a recent graduate with a BSc in any of the disciplines listed above
- Minimum of Second-Class Upper (2.1).
- Must not be more than 26 years of age as at March 2026.
- Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
- Paid, hands‑on experience in a global agri‑business
- Structured learning and mentorship to build in‑demand skills
- Real‑world exposure to large‑scale operations and global markets
