• Graduates with a BSc. or
  
  B.Eng.
• Background in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, or Human Resources
• Anyone residing in or willing to reside in Lagos

• Must be a recent graduate with a BSc in any of the disciplines listed above
• Minimum of Second-Class Upper (2.1).
• Must not be more than 26 years of age as at March 2026.
• Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
• Paid, hands‑on experience in a global agri‑business
• Structured learning and mentorship to build in‑demand skills
• Real‑world exposure to large‑scale operations and global markets
