Job Overview
Primoris Services Corporation is a leading provider of critical infrastructure services to the utility, energy, and renewables markets across the United States and Canada. Q3 Contracting (Q3C), a division of Primoris, offers construction contracting services for the gas, oil, electric, and telecommunications industries. This role is based in Commerce City, with a schedule of three days in the office and two days remote each week.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch customer requests from the traffic control division to field personnel in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally and helpfully with all customers and coworkers.
- Assist customers in determining the appropriate traffic set‑up when needed.
- Collect required information such as work order and release numbers for billing.
- Communicate with crew foremen on upcoming orders, projects, and scheduling.
- Lead the TCO team through all tasks from TCR entry to scheduling.
- Perform additional administrative leadership tasks as required.
- Experience in the utilities construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business management, or accounting.
- Proficiency with MS Project and/or Primavera scheduling software.
- Traffic coordination and dispatch experience.
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet.
- Minimum 3 years of directly related experience in cost accounting, scheduling, or project controls for construction projects.
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong accuracy focus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Team‑oriented with strong working relationships.

Salary: $26–$30 per hour, paid weekly.
