Sr. Manager, Trade Compliance

Vantor seeks a Sr. Manager, Trade Compliance to build and lead global trade and export control programs for modern software and cloud solutions. In this role, you will design and own policies for cross border data, software, and technology transfers; oversee classification, licensing, and screening; and partner with engineering, product, and sales teams to embed compliance into agile delivery. You will implement scalable controls, manage audits and investigations, and deliver training.

This role is ideal for a hands on leader who can translate complex regulations into practical processes in a collaborative, low ego culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Vantor's global trade and export compliance program for software and cloud solutions
• Own policy development for cross border data, software, and technology transfers
• Oversee product and service classification, licensing, and restricted party screening
• Implement scalable internal controls and monitoring across agile delivery teams
• Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and investigations; manage corrective actions
• Partner with engineering, product, sales, and operations to embed compliance into workflows
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on trade compliance requirements
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into practical process updates
• Collaborate with clients and external advisors on complex export control issues
