As our Earthwork Operations Technician - Grading Laborer, you'll support daily earthwork operations by performing hands‑on labor, checking grades with accuracy, and operating small equipment to help keep each project moving efficiently. You'll work closely with your team to prepare sites, shape terrain, and assist with essential excavation and utility work. • Valid driver's license
• Experience in civil construction is preferred.
• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
