Quantity Surveyor – Up to £60,000 (DOE) – Westminster
Salary: £60,000
Location: Westminster
Region: London
A Quantity Surveyor is urgently required for a highly respected main contractor to work on a grade 2 listed building in Westminster working with high net worth individuals.
Requirements- To be a graduate with 3 years’ experience in the industry.
- 2 stage tender experience.
- Main Contracting and high end residential Quantity Surveying experience.
- Financial management experience.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to absorb complex information.
- A clear understanding of standard building contracts.
- Professional, well presented, reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Good understanding of building technology and ability to read and understand construction drawings/specifications.
