• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for industrial projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Utilize software tools such as Accubid and Bluebeam to develop and manage estimates.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within project scopes and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Maintain and update a database of historical costs and pricing information for future reference.
• Participate in pre‑bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project needs.
• Provide support during the bidding process, including preparing bid proposals and responding to client inquiries.
• Monitor and evaluate project costs during execution to ensure alignment with estimates.

• Proven experience as an estimator in the industrial sector, with a strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in estimation software, particularly Accubid and Bluebeam.
• Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
