Job SummaryThe Worship Arts Pastor will provide pastoral and creative leadership for the worship life of FIC by planning and leading worship gatherings that are biblically grounded, gospel-centered, and congregationally engaging. The role will oversee worship and production teams, develop volunteers and emerging leaders, and help cultivate emerging leaders within the worship ministry.
