ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Act as a direct support to our team of Service Advisors in the following capacities:
- Be the primary contact for our inbound phone calls
- Act as a liaison to Service Advisor by obtaining client information and primary concerns
- Assist in scheduling Service appointments
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the Advisor during the service experience
- Follow‑up with clients after Service is complete to ensure exceptional experience
Show capacity and interest in learning the following:
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide recommended course of action
- Arrange appropriate alternate transportation for clients
- Generate repair orders and estimates
- Thoroughly explain completed work and charges
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, ETC.
- High School graduate or GED
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and clean criminal history.
- Detail oriented and excels in a fast‑paced, results driven environment
COMPENSATION:
- Starting at $18/hour
WORK SCHEDULE: 24-30 hours per week
- Monday
- Friday: - Monday 9am - 6pm
- Tuesday
- Friday 2pm - 6pm - Saturday's as needed
- Fill in for vacation
