Role Summary

Support the EdAssist department of Bright Horizons by helping employees of larger companies with tuition assistance benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to employee calls about tuition assistance login issues, benefit eligibility, and documentation requirements.
  • Guide users through document audits and help resolve submission issues for tuition reimbursement.
  • Explain tuition policies clearly and support employees navigating the benefit process with accuracy and empathy.
  • Handle 30–40 calls per day regarding basic troubleshooting issues such as password resets, portal navigation, and application issues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, help desk, or call center.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused.
  • Typing speed 35 WPM+ and solid data entry skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Outlook and computer proficiency.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly.
