Position: Customer Service Representative (On-Site | Barranquilla) (Soledad)

We are looking for professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Barranquilla. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Location

On-site in Barranquilla, Colombia

Compensation & Contract
  • USD $5.75 per hour
  • Paid weekly
  • Independent Contractor position
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Assist customers with questions related to orders, products, and services
  • Support appointment scheduling and booking requests
  • Help customers access, update, and manage their accounts
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Accurately document customer interactions and case details
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
  • Meet established quality, productivity, and service standards
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions

  • 2+ years of customer service, contact center, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems, applications, and digital tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to work on-site in Barranquilla
