What You'll DoAs our Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and office team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dispatching and scheduling technicians for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinating emergency service calls while minimizing downtime.
- Managing the daily service board and adjusting schedules as priorities change.
- Communicating professionally with customers regarding appointment times and updates.
- Confirming next-day appointments.
- Receiving, organizing, and staging incoming parts for technicians.
- Matching parts to work orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Supporting office operations to ensure exceptional customer service every day.
Previous dispatching experience is required. This is not an entry-level position.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience dispatching in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, restaurant equipment repair, towing, trucking, restoration, or another service industry.
- Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
- Can successfully manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
- Communicates professionally and confidently with customers and technicians.
- Remains calm and solution-focused when schedules change.
- Is dependable, accountable, and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Learns new software quickly and is comfortable using computers throughout the day.
