This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing customer relationships to ensure continued service adoption and satisfaction. The specialist will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and implement strategies to prevent churn. Success in this position relies on strong communication, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of customer value.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate customer contact to address potential service discontinuation.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently with minimal escalation.
- Negotiate with customers to overcome adoption barriers.
- Analyze customer data to identify retention opportunities.
- Document all customer interactions accurately.
- Fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)
- Proven customer service or sales experience
- Excellent written communication skills
Experience in digital sales or customer retention within a technology or software subscription service industry is preferred.
