Dental Assistant

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We're looking for a friendly, kind, and dependable Front Desk / Dental Assistant to join our privately owned dental practice in Westminster!

Our office is home to three dentists, a wonderful team, and truly great patients. We take pride in providing excellent patient care while creating a welcoming, positive, and supportive environment for both our patients and our team.

This position will be primarily front desk
, with the opportunity to assist in the back office when needed for overflow or staff coverage. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team.

• Some previous dental experience preferred
• Dentrix experience is a plus
• Friendly, kind, and compassionate personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and a team player
• Comfortable working both at the front desk and assisting in the back office
• Someone who genuinely enjoys caring for patients and being part of a close-knit team

• Bringing patients back and reviewing health histories
• Sterilization and instrument processing
• Hygiene assisting
• Turning over and preparing rooms
• X-ray training and certification
• Providing additional back-office support and coverage as needed
