Are you a graduate looking for an opportunity to work as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a year to gain valuable experience before starting a teacher training programme in September 2027? This is a great opportunity to join a school where you can learn from good and outstanding teachers and get an understanding of what is expected prior to entering a teacher training programme.

The role will involve working in class supporting a child with SEN barriers to learning. Full training will be provided. Previous experience working with children would be advantageous.

• Work alongside the class teacher and provide support to a child with SEN barriers.
• Collaborate with health professionals who visit the school to provide extra support with SEN pupils and give guidance on educational health plans.
• Contribute to a brilliant staff team that prides itself on providing an exceptional education for their children.

• Degree-qualified in any subject.
• Some experience working with children.
• Willingness to work 37.5 hours per week during Term Time.

This role could be paid or voluntary. The school will support your application for teacher training.
