Pay: $18.08 to $21.92

What You’ll Do- Support a culture of care and innovation within the Student Success team (academic advising, student engagement, student care) by helping manage communication, event logistics, and student-facing resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Registrar, Admissions, Student Accounts) to ensure smooth and responsive support for students across departments.
- Use organizational and communication skills to help promote student services and events that encourage connection, belonging, and academic progress.

As an active member of the Student Life and Enrollment Management (SLEM) and Student Life Department, the Student Success Coordinator performs critical administrative functions and provides support to the Dean of Student Success and the Student Life team. This position requires skill in administrative detail management and is extensively involved in written and verbal communication within the seminary community and with public constituents on behalf of the SLEM Department.
This is a part-time (20 hours per week) position.
Essential Functions- Coordinates with the Associate Director of Student Engagement to implement the Student Life communication strategy which includes the distribution of the weekly e-newsletter, management of the campus screen content, administrative upkeep of the student facing resources, collaboration with the Student Leadership Board, and creating and sending special event mailers for Student Success events and announcements.
- Provides part-time coverage of the SLEM front desk and phone lines (Monday-Friday, 12:30-5 pm); coordinates with the Enrollment Coordinator to ensure full desk coverage. Organizes and executes the daily front desk closing procedures and support coverage of the front reception area on a daily/weekly basis.
- Manages the Student Life email account and the associated job and housing board resources.
- Serves as the primary liaison to third-party organizations, ministries, and businesses whose services can benefit students, including the upkeep of on-campus bulletin boards.
- Performs administrative responsibilities for the Dean of Student Success and the Student Life team, such as meeting management, report generation, file maintenance, and document upkeep of Student Success policies and procedures.
- Maintains and facilitates the Student Life Website.
- Assists in coordinating the departmental budget by keeping records on spending and completing credit card approvals for Student Life.
- Participates in the facilitation of student events (such as orientation and other student-facing events).
- Other duties as assigned by the Dean of Student Success and the Associate Director of Student Engagement
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- A committed personal relationship with Jesus Christ is required and a lifestyle consistent with the Seminary’s Community Values and Behavioral Commitments
- Agreement with Denver Seminary’s statement of faith
- Prior experience in an office setting and working on a team
