Here at Academics, we are proud to be working with this fantastic primary school in Westminster, which is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, proactive and resilient Year 4 Teacher. This is a well-established primary school with a strong and visible senior leadership team. The school has a clear vision centred around high expectations, inclusion and pupil wellbeing. Staff are supported through collaborative planning, consistent behaviour policies and ongoing CPD opportunities.

The school is particularly keen to appoint a teacher with strong Lower KS2 knowledge and confidence in delivering high-quality teaching across the curriculum. Experience supporting pupils with varying needs, including those who may present behavioural challenges, is essential. The successful candidate will be able to establish clear expectations, build positive relationships and deliver engaging lessons that support progress for all learners.
