Minimum Education al Requirements
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college, considered in collaboration with related experience; may be required to obtain an Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) certificate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare student and teacher schedules and process all schedule changes timely.
- Track high school students’ progress toward graduation.
- Provide personal counseling and discipleship.
- Maintain and update student records, including transcripts.
- Offer academic advising and assist students with coordinating remedial or accelerated studies.
- Coordinate support services such as tutoring.
- Advise and assist with alternative educational programs, including summer school and Early Colleges.
- Assist with post‑secondary educational and life planning, career exploration, and life calling.
- Support students through the college application process, including application completion and financial aid.
- Plan and execute college fairs and coordinate with college representatives for school visits.
- Manage dual high school/college credit programs.
- Assist with preparation for various testing, including ACT, SAT, Aspire, and PSAT.
- Coordinate with the principal to acknowledge student awards and special distinctions, including end‑of‑year awards events.
- Assist new and transfer students in acclimating to the school.
- Consult with teachers on students’ behalf.
- Commit fully to missional and organizational standards, including core values, mission statement, and doctrinal statement.
- Support faculty and administration through student intervention, assess risk of harm, and navigate critical situations.
- Evidence of spiritual maturity and strong grasp of Christian education; demonstrate biblical integration in interactions with students, families, and school guests.
- Build healthy relationships with students and families to support a biblical, whole‑child educational experience.
- Understand educational curriculum and provide course recommendations based on individual student goals.
- Participate in curriculum and staff development training.
- Use technology to update department website information.
- Collaborate well with other teachers, support staff, and administrators.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to be an independent learner.
- Member of Crisis Management Team.
- Be competent with assessments, data use, and educational decision making.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary
Description:
$32,000 - $38,000 annually.
