We are currently looking to recruit Psychology Graduates to work as full-time Learning Support Assistants within a SEND School in Central London. You will be supporting primary pupils with different SEND needs such as Autism, ADHD, and complex needs. Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. This position offers valuable classroom-based experience for anyone considering a future in teaching, supporting children on a one-to-one and group basis.

We seek individuals who are dedicated and keen to help children of various age groups, with the ability to adapt to individual needs.

• Experience in supporting children or adults with learning difficulties or disabilities is desirable but not essential.
• Comfortable with dealing with disruptive behaviours.
• Valid DBS registered with the online update service or willing to apply for a new one.
• Available full-time and able to commit to at least 3‑6 months minimum.
• Willing to learn new skills and complete training.
