Develop coursework to support effective instruction of an industry night class at the school level. Effectively deliver instruction that promotes an exemplary educational program and ensures success for all students.

The subsequent duties outline the fundamental operations of the position and exemplify the nature of the tasks carried out. • 1. Instruct students in large, small, and one-on-one situations. Frequency:
  Daily. Percentage of Time: 35%
• 2. Develop, plan, prepare, and implement course content, format, structure, schedule, individualized programs of instruction for students, classroom materials and curriculum, lesson plans, and learning activities. Frequency:
  Daily. Percentage of Time: 25%
• 3. Administer, edit, proofread, and grade students’ assignments and assessments. Frequency:

• 4. Design assessment tasks that allow students to demonstrate understanding in a variety of ways and use the data to give meaningful feedback and modify instruction. Frequency:

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
• High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
• Five (5) years of professional work experience in industry
• Appropriate certifications or licenses in the industry field
• Basic knowledge of typical office equipment such as telephones, copiers, fax machines, email, etc.

Night programming at the CCIC is designed to support current high school students and adult learners across the metro area to obtain a Certified Nursing Assistant License through the state of Colorado. Night programming is Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM to teach skills for testing and clinicals. The instructor will also be responsible for supervising clinicals at a current established nursing facility.

AN RN LICENSE THROUGH THE STATE OF COLORADO IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
