Job Description
Embark on a rewarding contract position supporting students as a school paraprofessional in the greater Littleton, CO area. This role is ideal for those with a strong behavioral background and a professional commitment to working with significant or severe caseloads within educational environments. Key
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in behavioral support, preferably within a school setting
- Prior involvement with significant and/or severe caseloads strongly preferred
- Reliable personal transportation; public transit and ride-sharing options are not considered sufficient
- Preparedness to report to work by 7:40am for Elementary or 8:00am for Middle/High School locations
- Flexibility to serve at various school sites with different age groups as needed
- Ability to assist students with toileting and diapering as required
- Willingness to complete fingerprinting immediately following offer acceptance; any criminal charges will result in district rejection
Responsibilities:
- Support the instructional and behavioral needs of students under the direction of school staff
- Adapt to changing assignments, including location and age group, as school needs evolve
- Address the personal care needs of students responsibly and professionally
- Participate in all required training and adhere to school guidelines
Additional Requirements:

This contract role begins August 11th and extends through May 21st, 2027, offering a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact on student growth and well-being.
