We are seeking Gate Attendant to work in our Project located in Westminster, CO
. This position is Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
.

• Control and monitor site access by verifying identification and ensuring all employees, subcontractors, visitors, and delivery drivers are authorized to enter the project site.
• Ensure all employees properly badge in and out in accordance with company and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs of personnel, visitors, deliveries, and vehicle traffic entering and leaving the site.
• Observe and report safety hazards and security concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and organized gatehouse and work area.
• Demonstrates high reliability with consistent, punctual attendance for all shifts
• Follow all company policies, security protocols, and job-site safety requirements at all times.
• Assist with general site support duties and perform other related tasks as assigned.

• Experience in security or construction is preferred.
• Experience working safely around large vehicles, heavy equipment, and active construction operations preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, subcontractors, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• High level of alertness and situational awareness.
• Ability to accurately maintain logs, records, and other required documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to enforce site access and security requirements in a professional and respectful manner.
• This is a safety-sensitive position. Candidates must comply with the company's drug-free workplace policy, including pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, and other job-related testing as required.

The salary range for this position is between $20 and $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. PCL combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package.
