The Role:

• Lead and manage a team of CAD professionals, with the opportunity to grow the department as the company expands
• Develop and maintain company-wide CAD standards, templates, and workflows
• Collaborate with engineers to produce and oversee civil construction drawing sets using Civil 3D
• Provide QA/QC review, mentorship, and training to CAD staff and engineers across the business

The Candidate:

• Strong Civil 3D experience within civil engineering projects
• Experience supporting or managing CAD standards, processes, or teams
• Leadership or supervisory experience within a CAD or engineering design environment
