Key Exciting Responsibilities:

* Lead and inspire a specialized team of engineers, fostering professional growth and removing technical roadblocks to ensure project success.

* Architect and oversee the development of robust control system algorithms for complex dynamic mechanical systems.

* Drive continuous improvement in software development processes across geographically dispersed teams to enhance product quality.

* Drive the strategic integration of cutting-edge AI frameworks and emerging technologies to accelerate problem-solving and optimize operational efficiency

* Collaborate with strategic partners to ensure the seamless implementation of safety-critical software and navigation systems.

Essential

Skills & Experience:

* Proven track record in managing engineering teams and leading complex technical projects.

* Deep expertise in control system algorithm development using MATLAB and Simulink.

* Extensive experience in the test, verification, and productization of algorithms for mechanical systems.

* Solid understanding of safety-critical software development, including HIL and SIL testing environments.

* Strong background in guidance, navigation, and C/C++ software development.

Bonus Points For:

* Practical experience with automatic controls specifically for off-highway or heavy machinery.

* Advanced knowledge of GNSS and IMU state estimation for autonomous vehicle control.

* Experience managing projects within a joint venture or multi-divisional corporate structure.

Education Requirements:

* Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, or a related engineering field, with a focus on control systems.
