We are seeking to add a Program Scheduler to our team. If you enjoy working in a startup environment, and managing multiple fast paced projects at once, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Work with Subject Matter Experts to create/update MS Project schedules.
- Provide scheduling support to assigned programs and operations.
- Develop/maintain consistency to programs enabling cost/schedule integration and earned value consistent with existing Work Breakdown Structure.
- Support the development of the reporting format, scheduling protocols, processes, techniques and software selection.
- Support new business in proposals, monitor and maintenance of schedule performance and participate in schedule margin management.
- Provide regular status reports to Program Management and Engineering leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of directly related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Prior experience supporting spacecraft development.
- Demonstrated experience with Scheduling and Financial management of projects.
- Experience with financial management tools including earned value, with SPI/CPI measures.
- Knowledge of standard engineering industry practices and ideally space‑related requirements.
- Extensive experience with MS Project (including Resource Management), Excel and related.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information.
$136,000 - $167,000 a year
