  • Experience with the resource interconnection process, modeling guidelines, and requirements for various regions throughout North America (CAISO, ERCOT, etc.).
  • Experience using power system analysis tools, specifically PSSE, PSLF, PSCAD, and Aspen.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and providing technical oversight to engineers performing dynamic and EMT studies.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.

  • Experience writing or modifying PSS®E user-defined models.
  • Experience with DIgSILENT Power Factory.
  • Experience performing model validation and verification for dynamic and EMT models.
  • Experience performing and producing Model Quality Test (MQT) reports for projects in the MISO and/or ERCOT regions.
