Tele World Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Field Operations Manager to lead wireless network deployment activities across Nebraska and Colorado. This leadership role is responsible for managing field engineering teams, coordinating customer engagements, overseeing network implementation projects, and ensuring successful delivery of wireless infrastructure deployments within schedule, budget, and quality targets.

As a Field Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of wireless network deployment and field service operations across the region. Working closely with customers, subcontractors, network engineering teams, and vendor partners, you will ensure seamless implementation of wireless infrastructure projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence. The role requires strong technical expertise in wireless technologies, transmission systems, and telecommunications infrastructure, combined with proven leadership capabilities.

You will be responsible for coordinating field resources, managing project milestones, resolving technical challenges, and serving as a key liaison between customers and internal project teams. • Manage and coordinate daily activities of Field Technicians, Site Engineers, and deployment teams.
• Lead wireless network deployment projects and ensure successful delivery against project objectives.
• Support troubleshooting activities involving backhaul, transmission, wireless access, and transport networks.
• Oversee RMA processes including equipment replacement, asset tracking, logistics coordination, and documentation management.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers, subcontractors, and Samsung project teams.
• Coordinate activities with RF Engineering, Transport, TAC, Product Design, and Program Management teams.
• Monitor deployment milestones and ensure adherence to project schedules and customer commitments.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports for management and customers.
• Identify technical risks, design issues, and project constraints impacting network performance or deployment timelines.
• Escalate critical operational and technical issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance to internal and external field engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Support network acceptance, commissioning, integration, and optimization activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and field operations efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 6-10 years of experience in wireless network engineering, deployment, field operations, or telecommunications project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of wireless technologies including CDMA, EVDO, LTE, VoLTE, and OFDM.
• Solid understanding of IP networking, routing, and switching technologies.
• Experience with base station installation, commissioning, and network deployment activities.
• Knowledge of mobile core network architecture and integration processes.
• Experience supporting RF design, optimization, and network performance activities.
• Expert knowledge of wireless infrastructure equipment from vendors such as Samsung, Ericsson, and Alcatel-Lucent.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing field engineering personnel.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities within fast-paced deployment environments.

• Experience with 3G and 4G network design and implementation projects.
• Customer-facing project management experience within telecommunications environments.
• Knowledge of 5G network deployment and modernization programs.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multi-vendor deployment projects.
• Telecom certifications related to wireless networking, project management, or vendor technologies.
• Familiarity with field service management systems and deployment tracking tools.
