Manufacturing Engineer

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Owning deliverables within new product development and operations transformation projects
• Supporting a wide variety of manufacturing processes at vendors, such as machining, finishing, forging, casting, cleaning, heat treatment, passivation, anodization, etc.
• Improving manufacturing process efficiency and driving down costs, while maintaining high performance and quality
• Maintaining and improving controlled technical documents such as prints, procedures, protocols, and rationales.
• Executing to project plans and schedules for work activities.
• Communicate (written and verbal) with appropriate personnel from other departments and external suppliers.

• Familiarity with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Familiarity with CAD modeling software (Solid Works)
• Ability to balance quality, compliance and safety to meet customer requirements
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple medium complexity project assignments and complete work in a timely manner
• Good problem‑solving skills through the use of quality and statistical tools
• Ability to effectively work within a cross‑functional team to complete critical project tasks
• Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office Suite and Project

• B.S. in engineering with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an engineering role. Or other technical or advanced degree plus 2 years of experience in an engineering or technical role.

• The anticipated pay range for this position is $80,000.00–$90,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
