If you enjoy solving technical challenges, collaborating across multiple disciplines, and seeing your engineering solutions become real-world water treatment systems, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Size and select major process equipment, including pumps, pressure vessels, filtration systems, media systems, and chemical feed equipment.
  • Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, quotations, and supporting documentation.
  • Compare vendor quotations and recommend equipment based on performance, quality, cost, and lead time.
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and R&D to develop competitive solutions.
  • Provide technical support during customer meetings, proposal reviews, training sessions, and occasional site visits.
  • Support pilot testing by operating pilot equipment and analyzing performance data.
  • Assist with project handoff to Project Management by communicating design intent, assumptions, and customer requirements.
  • Help improve proposal templates, technical resources, standard specifications, and engineering documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, product development efforts, and technical marketing content.
  • Prepare aftermarket and spare parts quotations for existing treatment systems.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Westminster, Colorado.
Preferred Qualifications

  • AutoCAD, Solid Works, or similar CAD experience.
  • Experience with ERP or proposal management software.
  • Familiarity with PLC-based controls and instrumentation.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT/FE) certification or interest in pursuing licensure.
What Makes You Successful

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges while balancing engineering excellence with practical customer solutions. You'll be successful in this role if you:
