BURNCO is seeking a Land & Environment Drafting Technician to support our concrete, asphalt, and aggregate operations. In this role, you will produce accurate land development, site, grading, and environmental drawings using AutoCAD and related tools. You'll transform survey and engineering data into clear plans, as-builts, and permitting exhibits that support plant operations and infrastructure projects. Working closely with engineers, environmental specialists, and operations teams, you'll help maintain CAD standards, update drawings from field input, and ensure documentation meets regulatory and safety requirements.

Responsibilities
- Prepare land development, grading, and environmental drawings using Auto
- CAD and related tools.
- Convert survey and engineering data into clear site, topo, and as-built plans.
- Support permitting packages with accurate maps, cross-sections, and exhibits.
- Maintain CAD standards, drawing templates, layers, and file organization.
- Coordinate with engineers, operations, and environmental staff to update drawings.
- Interpret civil, survey, and construction documents to create detailed layouts.
- Revise drawings based on field feedback, redlines, and regulatory comments.
- Assist with basic quantity takeoffs and drawing-related documentation.
- Ensure drawings meet safety, regulatory, and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with project teams across multiple plants and project sites.
