** Responsibilities:
*** Build and maintain strong client relationships by exceeding expectations through collaboration, responsiveness, and problem-solving
* Serve as a primary client contact, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and coordinating with stakeholders
* Prepare project proposals, including scope, schedules, and fee estimates
* Lead the execution of site civil projects, overseeing technical design, permitting, approvals, financial performance, and client coordination
* Ensure compliance with local jurisdictional requirements, entitlement processes, and permitting regulations
* Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress, schedules, and budgets to meet profitability goals
* Assign and manage workloads, schedules, and priorities for project teams
* Ensure department and individual QA/QC standards are followed consistently
* Mentor and lead staff to promote efficiency, quality, and professional growth
* Assist the Department Manager with the implementation and improvement of processes, procedures, and operational practices
* Advise the Department Manager on project-related operational and management matters
* Support business development efforts by maintaining existing client relationships and pursuing new opportunities through industry involvement, meetings, and events## Qualifications

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in site civil engineering and project management
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Colorado
* Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
* Demonstrated design experience in site planning, layout, grading, storm drainage, stormwater management, utilities, erosion control, and landscaping
* Strong understanding of entitlement processes and local permitting requirements
* Proven experience managing projects, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Strong engineering judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization externally
* Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented leadership style
