NORESCO is seeking a Senior Analyst I to join our Building Codes and Standards Team to execute technical research and analysis, provide education and training, and support clients in the development of code language, code adoption, code feasibility and enforce ability initiatives, and implementation of new code measures related to energy efficiency, sustainability and resiliency. This individual should have proven expertise and skills specific to the building industry, proven technical writing skills- code writing skills are a plus- strong written and oral communication, and the ability to prepare and coordinate a variety of staff and client materials.

Aptitude for and experience with client management, juggling multiple deliverables, and good time management are required.

The Senior Analyst I will execute project activities that are technical and detail-oriented; provide robust analysis and background research documents, create and deliver education and outreach activities virtually and in person. This position is fully remote, but candidates must be located in Colorado, and able to report to the Westminster, Colorado Office occasionally. Some travel (10-15%) will be required, based on client locations and in-person training schedules.

As a member of the Sustainability Group within the NORESCO organization, you will execute multiple tasks on various projects in coordination with other Building Codes and standards team members, and will report to the Compliance Improvement Senior Project Manager. The person selected to fill this position shall have knowledge of building science, building permit processes, energy-efficient technologies, the building industry, and Colorado building and energy codes.
