The Credit & Collections Analyst will serve as the primary customer contact for the credit and collections, customer service and cash application functions of an assigned portfolio. This role manages the customer base positively to help the department achieve its cash collection and DSO goals, following guidance from the Manager of Credit and Collections. The analyst ensures proper account coverage across the delinquent portfolio and provides daily feedback on unresolved issues.

• Collect from assigned portfolio, ensuring timely follow‑up and adherence to responsible collection practices.
• Engage customers within a customer‑focused framework to resolve payment issues proactively.
• Analyze invoices to confirm compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Process cash applications and make necessary adjustments to accounts.
• Respond to customer email and phone inquiries within 24 hours.
• Gather credit or collections reference information as required.
• Complete adhoc projects and deliverables as assigned.
• Manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Review customer claims and resolve disputes for Fortune
  500 accounts, investigating deductions or disputes to determine validity promptly.
• Answer questions and resolve issues efficiently with limited information.
• Research and identify solutions to uncommon inquiries or issues.

• Experience with dispute resolution for Fortune
  500 customers is highly desired.
• Strong general knowledge of billing and collections process cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate challenges and present solutions.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
• Capability to work effectively in a matrix organization using interdepartmental communication.
• Strong negotiation skills and sound judgment to convert objections into payment commitments.

• 3‑5years of collections experience in an accounting environment (high‑tech experience preferred).
• Experience in a multi‑functional role using multi‑company accounting software, Oracle preferred.
• 4‑year college degree in accounting, business or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office 2010 and advanced Excel skills.

Estimated base pay range: $20.48–$31.49

USD per hour. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, skill level, certifications and business needs. Eligible candidates may also receive discretionary or sales incentive plans.
