Primary purpose of the position:
Provides technical support to North & Central America as directed. Essential Responsible Areas:

• Improvement of existing modelling and visualizations for management reporting
• Forecasting and variance analysis support
• Scenario analysis based on market conditions for business decision support
• Participate in process improvement activities and standardization of reporting
• Supports GBS and Procurement related to transactions/contracts
• Produces standard reporting packages and provides support to core business partners.
• Maintains a working relationship with accounting team to understand monthly reporting and support accurate financial results.

Professional & Education

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required Job related experience for 2 years preferred

Skills:

Analytical capabilities Excel and Powerpoint proficiency Presentation skills Variance analysis Forecasting and scenario analysis Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex ideas or concepts

Knowledge:
Working knowledge of the following areas:
Finance, accounting, and budgeting Essbase and JDE experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
Expected Hiring Salary Range: $66,700 - $ 88,160 (Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.) Hybrid On-Site Work Environment:
Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more work days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). [Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.]
