This is a floating position and will cover Westminster and the surrounding areas in the Denver West Region. PNC is an in‑office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. Job Description- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and by educating customers on options for managing financial transactions with technology, tools and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. Typically requires 1+ years of related experience. No university/college degree is required; a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $37,125.00 – $61,875.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business and/or individual performance.
