Position Overview

At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage in the markets we serve. As a Universal Banker within PNC's 17th & Main organization, you will be based in Longmont, CO and will work in an in‑office environment that fosters collaboration and support.

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Lead proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.

Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems. Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment, and demonstrating heightened scrutiny to avoid loss.

Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

Associate's degree or equivalent, or a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service). Minimum 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salary may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
