Join this rapidly growing company as their Manager/Senior Manager to lead post-close integrations and financial alignment across newly acquired businesses. This newly created role is designed for a sharp, adaptable finance professional who thrives in an active, hands-on environment. You will bridge the gap between newly acquired entities and central corporate finance - helping transition ERPs, align charts of accounts, train teams on new financial systems, and standardize reporting and WIP accounting.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Lead financial and operational system integrations post-close across newly acquired companies.
- Support service-line WIP accounting, chart-of-accounts alignments, and transitions to standardized accounting/forecasting cadences.
- Partner with central finance, regional CFOs, and M&A leadership to implement tools like Pigment and streamline reporting across groups.
- Provide post-close training and guidance to acquired finance teams to bring them into corporate alignment.
- Build scalable integration processes capable of supporting multi-hundred-million-dollar future acquisitions.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7-15 years of progressive finance, integration, or accounting experience.
- Background in consulting, Big 4, private equity-backed environments, or multi-company M&A integrations.
- Strong foundational accounting expertise with solid financial modeling capabilities.
- Experience in construction, contracting, engineering, oil & gas, or project-based service industries preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP transitions and financial software like Viewpoint Vista or Pigment is a strong plus.
- A collaborative, "can-do" mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats and navigate complex, changing environments.
Where and How Much:
- Target Compensation: $165K - $190K, 15% bonus (historically paying out at 100%+).
- Benefits: Comprehensive health, retirement, and PTO benefits package.
