• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions and strategies
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans and budgets
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for various projects and initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
• Experience with financial software and systems (e.g. Quick Books, SAP, etc.)
