Brow Specialist in Training (W-2, Hourly + Tips)
Short Overview of Job Brow Specialist in Training is a full-time, W-2 role for licensed estheticians or cosmetologists who want structured, hands-on brow training in a busy, established salon. This position includes a paid training period (typically 612 weeks) working with real clients and collaborating daily with our Front Desk Team Lead and operations team. Successful completion of training leads to placement as a permanent Brow Specialist.
About the Role This role is designed for licensed professionals who are excited to learn, refine technique, and grow into a long-term brow career. Training takes place on the job in an active salon environment and includes working with real clients, supporting daily operations, and developing technical and professional skills.
Accelerated training may be available for experienced stylists who demonstrate proficiency and strong alignment with our standards.
Training Focus (Core Skills)
During training, team members receive guided instruction and practice in the following areas:
Brow Mapping & Design Waxing Threading Brow Lamination Standard Tinting and Hybrid Coloring Modern Lash Lifting
What Youll Do This role includes a mix of training, service, and operational support:
Train and practice Brows Academy services with guidance and supervision
Provide client services during scheduled and walk-in appointments
Assist with salon flow, including station resets and supply support
Complete side work ranging from service prep to general salon upkeep
Support front desk operations as needed (no more than 25% of hours)
Schedule Expectations Full-time role following our core salon schedule:
Tuesday Saturday Includes one closing shift and one weekend day Consistent availability during core hours is required during the training period
Pay$ per hour + tips during the training period
This is a W-2 employee position
Growth Path Successful completion of the training period leads to placement as a Brow Specialist, with a commission-based service structure, tips, and benefits eligibility.

Active Colorado Esthetician or Cosmetology license
Ability to meet schedule requirements (Tuesday Saturday)
