Dakota London is growing rapidly across the country, and we’re bringing our luxury hair extension experience to Westminster.

We’re looking for one special person to become a Founding Stylist of our Westminster location — someone who is excited by the opportunity to get in early, grow with a fast-moving national brand, and help establish the culture, reputation, and success of our local team.

This is not just another salon job. It’s an opportunity to build a long-term career with a fast-growing company that specializes exclusively in luxury hair extensions.

As a Founding Stylist, you’ll have the opportunity to grow alongside the brand, receive advanced training, and play an important role in establishing Dakota London in the Westminster market.

$60,000–$80,000 annual salary during your first 6–12 months , with an 18-month ramp-up opportunity toward $100,000+ annually .

Our goal is to provide the training, marketing, systems, and support you need to build a thriving extension clientele and reach your income potential.

This is a FULL-TIME position, Tuesday–Saturday 10am-7pm.

• Currently be working in a salon environment
• Include a detailed explanation of their hair extension experience in their application
• List any certifications, training programs, or extension education completed
• Specify which extension methods or techniques they are trained or proficient in (example: hand-tied wefts, micro links, tape-ins, keratin bonds, etc.)
